Last week, our team had the pleasure of connecting with aged care leaders, executives, and care professionals from across Australia at the Ageing Australia National Conference 2025 at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre. As proud sponsors of this year’s event, RLDatix was thrilled to engage in meaningful discussions about the future of safer, smarter, and more sustainable care.
From morning coffees to afternoon panel sessions, our booth was a hub of conversation, curiosity—and of course, cookies and portable chargers that proved to be a real hit with attendees! But beyond the giveaways, what truly stood out were the thoughtful and forward-looking discussions we had with the aged care community.
Exploring Smarter Workforce and Compliance Solutions
A recurring theme across conversations was the growing challenge of temporary and flexible staffing in aged care. Many leaders were keen to learn more about how our temporary staffing and bank management solutions can help reduce agency reliance, improve shift coverage, and ensure continuity of care through intelligent workforce planning.
Equally engaging were the questions around our AI-enabled Policy Management tool, particularly from compliance and governance professionals. One common question was, “Can it actually help us write policies?” The answer… “Yes, it can.” Our AI-powered tool supports users by drafting up to 90% of a policy framework, guided by current legislation and standards, allowing teams to simply review, adjust, and finalise with confidence.
Data Migration and Archiving: Simplifying Access to the Past
Another standout topic was our data migration and secure archiving solution, which resonated strongly with providers managing legacy systems. Attendees were excited by how the tool enables organisations to retire outdated systems while retaining easy, searchable access to years of historical data; solving a long-standing challenge for clinical and operational teams struggling to find information across multiple platforms.
From RiskMan to DCIQ: The Future of Risk and Safety Management
We also reconnected with many customers familiar with RiskMan, our trusted incident and risk management platform, and shared what’s next — our cloud-based evolution, DCIQ. The future of safety and risk reporting is about creating a connected, data-driven environment that empowers learning, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Looking Ahead
Our time at the Gold Coast reaffirmed that aged care providers are ready for transformation—seeking intelligent, interoperable solutions across workforce, governance, compliance, and safety. We’re proud to be a partner in that journey.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by to chat, ask questions, and share your experiences.
