Tuesday the 31st of October saw Allocate hold our Annual 2017 User Group in Melbourne. In a change from previous years we decided to make this the biggest Australian Allocate User Group, by holding a joint event for all our customers from QLD, NSW, VIC, ACT, SA, TAS and NZ.
The event provided not only a unique opportunity for us to connect with our customers, but a chance for our customers to meet with other users from all over ANZ and share best rostering and workforce management practices.
The event gave us an excellent opportunity to share some new and exciting features that are soon to be released. As always, the product road map presentation from Business Development & Product Director, Dean Seeley, was eagerly anticipated and well received by everyone who attended. Our afternoon breakout sessions also gave our customers a chance to meet and discuss their individual situations with the Allocate team from Customer Success, Support and Product Specialists.
We were also privileged to have a number of customers present their journey with Allocate, and how our solution has helped manage their different and diverse workforces. A big thank you to Janine from Ballarat Health Services, Peta from the Grampians Alliance, Gary and Stephen from NSW Health, Jacqueline from Uniting & Avi from Northeast Health Wangaratta, for presenting and sharing their journey with the team and the other customers who attended.
Once again a big thank you to everyone who presented and attended this year’s User Group, especially everyone from inter-state who made the trip to Melbourne. It was a pleasure as always to reconnect with you all in person as well as meet any new additions to your team. We appreciate the commitment from everyone to take time out of the office and hope you all valued and enjoyed the day as much as we did. We are already beginning to plan for next year’s event and look forward to seeing you all there again.
